I don't even know what that quote means. Is there no blinking in chess? Is "chess" some kind of blinking game in Atlanta? Does the winner of a chess match earn the right to blink?
Anyway, this guy probably has an opinion on what rights you should have to record and manipulate the programs his company creates and broadcasts. Be afraid...and blink.
